Your order will be shipped from one of our two main dispatch centres: the UK or China. The shipping location will be determined based on inventory availability.

A. What is your return policy?

a. If there is an error in shipment (such as a defective product or an item shipped in error), we offer two solutions:
- Resend a new one
- Refund
You can decide how to deal with the defective product after receiving it.
b. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase in unopened or original condition, and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. The choice is yours. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
