A. What is your return policy?

It’s very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase from Georgie Porgy.

a. If there is an error in shipment (such as a defective product or an item shipped in error), we offer 2 solutions:

1. Resend a new one;
2. Refund.

You can decide how to deal with the defective product after receiving.

b. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase in unopened or original condition, and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. The choice is yours. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise.

A. Where will my order ship from?

We have 2 main dispatch centre's, one in UK, one in China. We will decide ship from which centre based on the inventory status.

B. When will my order ship, and where can I check its status?

•  In-stock items will generally ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.
• Then you will receive an email including the tracking number and tracking website where you can check the status.

 C. How long can I receive the parcel?

• Ship from UK dispatch center to UK, the standard delivery time often takes approx. 3 days.

• Ship from UK dispatch center to EU regions, the standard delivery time often takes approx. 7days.
• Ship from China dispatch center, the standard delivery time often takes 7-10 working days.
