Dear customers, we are sorry to inform you for the orders placed between Feb10 to Feb18, we will defer shipment until Feb 19, due to the CNY holiday, our warehouse has stopped collecting goods. Georgie Porgy thanks for your support!
A. Where will my order ship from?
We have 2 main dispatch centers, one in UK, one in China. We will decide ship from which center based on the inventory status.
B. When will my order ship, and where can I check its status?
In-stock items will generally ship within 1-3 business days of order placement.
Then you will receive an email including the tracking number and tracking website where you can check the status.
C. How long can I receive the parcel (UK)?
- Ship from UK dispatch center, the standard delivery time often takes approx. 3 days.
- Ship from China dispatch center, the standard delivery time often takes 7-10 working days.
If you have requirements for the delivery time, please remark when placing the order, we will try our best to deliver the goods according to your requirements.

A. What is your return policy?
It’s very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase from Georgie Porgy.
a. If there is an error in shipment (such as a defective product or an item shipped in error), we offer 2 solutions:
- Resend a new one;
You can decide how to deal with the defective product after receiving.
b. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase in unopened or original condition, and we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. The choice is yours. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned merchandise.

B. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once your return is received, your credit will be processed in our system promptly. Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take 3-7 days for the refund to post to your account.
